食品科学与营养四校联盟食品工业论坛(第二轮通知) （ 来源：食品与生物工程学院 发布日期：2017-9-30）【关闭页面】 现代食品工业的核心关注，近年来因受商业环境与消费者需求的影响, 有了很大的变化。市场的快速全球化意味着食品制造与供应，必须同时兼顾局部地域的竞争和国际水平的竞争。而随着生活水平的不断提高，消费者对食品的态度和关注度也发生了根本性的转变。食品除了作为生存的基本需要，更需具备健康和幸福的功能。因此，理解跨越地理和文化边界的消费者的需求，紧密跟踪食品科学和营养的最新研究成果是食品企业成功的重要关键。
健康与功能性已无疑成为现代食品的两个重要关键词。食品工业正在尽最大努力使健康的食品更可口，可口的食品更健康。而要达到这一目的，食品研究者必须要了解并解决健康可口食品研发过程中存在的知识和技术差距。在此背景下，英国利兹大学、新西兰梅西大学、荷兰瓦赫宁根大学与中国365滚球网站官网成立了食品科学与营养研究联盟，旨在汇聚国际专家与资源，共同努力应对食品科学与营养热点话题，协助食品工业解决各种技术挑战。联盟于2016年在中国杭州首次成立，近两百学术和工业界代表参加了联盟成立大会。
为了进一步促进联盟与食品行业的紧密合作，旨计划举办一场以工业为主题的产业论坛，邀请食品行业知名的专家学者和食品企业高级研究主管，针对行业和消费者关注的热点问题开展会谈与报告。论坛将展现食品科学与营养领域的最新研究进展，并为食品学术界和工业界之间的密切合作提供机会。论坛欢迎学术研究者、工业研究者和研究生前来参会，无论是学习最新研究进展，或是结交合作伙伴，或是经验共享都将是一次很好的机会。

参会代表会议费1000元/人，学生代表持有效证件会议费500元/人。注册费包含会议材料、大会晚宴（11月17日）、午餐和茶歇，其他交通、食宿自理，。
